Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Linethia. We understand that you may need to cancel an order in certain situations. Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order on www.linethia.com.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at support@linethia.com.
If the cancellation request is received before dispatch, the order will be cancelled and any prepaid amount will be processed for refund to the original payment method.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy for available options.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplement products are generally not eligible for return.

Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restriction of the COD payment option for future orders.

Cancellation by Linethia

Linethia reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Product unavailability
Pricing or typographical errors
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Incomplete or incorrect customer information
Failure to verify order details when required

If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
