Only Prepaid Orders Are Eligible for Return

At LINETHIA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of health and wellness products, returns and exchanges are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below.

How Do I Return My Order?

  • A return request must be raised within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery.

  • You must provide your Order Number and registered contact details.

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery.

  • Once the return request is approved, LINETHIA will provide further return instructions.

  • For approved returns, product pickup may be arranged by LINETHIA or its authorised logistics partner.

  • After the product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.

Return & Exchange Rules

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, used, opened, or tampered products generally cannot be returned or resold.

However, if you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing or incomplete

you must contact us within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery.

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the issue is verified and the return or exchange is approved, we will arrange a replacement or other applicable resolution.

Important: Prepaid & COD Orders

  • Only prepaid orders are eligible for return.

  • COD orders are non-returnable, except when the product is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, subject to verification.

What If I Don’t Like the Product?

Returns or refunds are not available for change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the product.

For genuine product-related issues, please contact our support team within the specified return window.

1-Day Return Window

All return-related complaints must be submitted within 24 hours from the date and time of delivery.

After 24 hours, LINETHIA reserves the right to accept or reject the request based on the circumstances and available evidence.

Product Inspection

Once the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check.

A return or exchange may be rejected if:

  • The product has been opened or used, where applicable.

  • The product was damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

  • The seal or packaging has been intentionally tampered with.

  • The product returned is different from the product originally shipped.

  • Required proof of damage or defect is not provided when requested.

How Do I Ship Back the Product?

If your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide the necessary instructions.

Where applicable, the product may be picked up from your delivery address by our authorised logistics partner. Please do not ship the product to us without receiving return instructions from LINETHIA.

When Will I Receive My Replacement?

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, you will be informed about the status of your request.

If the exchange is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched subject to product availability and applicable shipping timelines.

Refund / Store Credit

For eligible prepaid returns, any refund or store-credit resolution will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

The applicable amount and mode of resolution will depend on the nature of the approved return.

Important Delivery Instruction

Please record a continuous unboxing video while opening your package.

The video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package

  • The shipping label and order details

  • The package being opened

  • The product and its condition

This video may be required to verify claims related to damage, missing items, tampering, or incorrect products.
