1. GENERAL
1.1 Please note that the domain name www.linethia.com (“Platform”) is owned, managed and operated by Linethia (hereinafter referred to as “Linethia”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”).
1.2 For the purpose of these Terms, “You”, “Your” or “User” means any person who visits, browses, uses or accesses the Platform, creates an account, places an order, or avails any services on the Platform.
1.3 Linethia is an e-commerce platform that enables and facilitates the online sale and purchase of nutraceutical, wellness, and dietary supplement products (“Products”).
1.4 These Terms, read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return & Store Credit Policy, constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Linethia in connection with Your access to and use of the Platform.
1.5 If You do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
1.6 By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing Products, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and all policies published on the Platform.

2. CREATING AN ACCOUNT

4. CONDITIONS TO USE THE PLATFORM

6. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
6.1 The Products listed on the Platform are offered subject to availability.
6.2 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the Products.
6.3 Linethia reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
6.4 Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual packaging may vary.
6.5 You are responsible for ensuring that the Products ordered are suitable for Your personal use.
6.6 Linethia recommends consulting a qualified healthcare professional before consuming any supplement product, particularly if You are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
7. PRICING & PAYMENT
7.1 All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
7.2 Payments may be made through approved payment methods available on the Platform.
7.3 Linethia does not store complete card details, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.
7.4 Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
8.1 Prepaid Orders
You may cancel a prepaid order before dispatch. Once a prepaid order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
8.2 COD Orders
COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
8.3 Consultation Cancellation
If consultation services are offered, cancellation may be requested before the scheduled consultation.
9. RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY
9.1 Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used supplement products are not eligible for return.
9.2 Eligible returns must be requested within the period specified in our Return & Store Credit Policy.
9.3 Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit and not as cash refunds, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9.4 Linethia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions.
10. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping timelines, serviceable areas, delivery attempts, tracking information, and shipping charges are governed by our Shipping Policy published on the Platform.
11. FEEDBACK & PRODUCT REVIEWS
11.1 Users may submit ratings, reviews, and feedback regarding Products.
11.2 You are solely responsible for the content submitted by You.
11.3 By submitting reviews or feedback, You grant Linethia a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for promotional and business purposes.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Linethia is not responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of such third-party websites.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
13.1 All trademarks, logos, product names, text, graphics, images, software, and other content on the Platform are the property of Linethia or its licensors.
13.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from Linethia.
14. TERMINATION
Linethia may suspend or terminate Your access to the Platform without prior notice if You breach these Terms or engage in activities that may harm Linethia, other users, or third parties.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linethia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:
Use or inability to use the Platform;
Purchase or use of Products;
Delay or failure in delivery;
Reliance on information available on the Platform;
Unauthorized access to Your account.
Linethia’s total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount paid by You for that order.
16. DISCLAIMER
The Platform and all Products and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Linethia makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
Continuous availability of the Platform;
Accuracy or completeness of content;
Suitability of Products for any particular purpose;
Specific health outcomes from use of Products.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. WAIVER
Failure by Linethia to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
19. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
